capturing the afternoon sun.....the sonny way ~

Not so lonely anymore......
i think i finally have a tenant .

"How swiftly the strained honey
of afternoon light
flows into darkness

and the closed bud shrugs off
its special mystery
in order to break into blossom:

as if what exists, exists
so that it can be lost
and become precious"

  1. Hi Sonny! Thank you so much for stopping by my place and saying hi and also writing me a personal email. I have just read your posts and they are lovely. You have gift for words and for photography! So nice to meet you!

  2. I know people are ALWAYS describing contrast as having 'pop', but the saturation in your subject really creates a brilliant contrast with its background/setting... very nice! :)
